Practice Focus:

Domestic and Family Law (uncontested divorces, name change, divorce decree modification, retirement account division via qualified domestic relations orders)

Estate Planning (last will, living trust, health care directive, power of attorney)

Expertise:

Ms. Hendrix began drafting QDROs as a law clerk more than 27 years ago, and has specialized in drafting and obtaining approval of QDROs since becoming a licensed Utah attorney in 1995. During her career, Ms. Hendrix has drafted hundreds of QDROs for dozens of different retirement plans. She understands the important and sensitive nature of her work, as both parties are relying upon the retirement benefits at issue to sustain them in their retirement, and the retirement assets are typically the last to be divided in a divorce, meaning the parties' emotions are often strained. Because Ms. Hendrix genuinely cares about each of her clients, she is committed to providing the highest quality work in a timely and affordable manner.
