QDRO Fees

 

Flat Fee: $675

The $675 flat fee covers Ms. Hendrix's appearance on a client's behalf, preparation of the QDRO, correspondence with the plan administrator, revisions, acquisition of the parties' signatures, the electronic filing of the QDRO, acquisition of a certified copy of the executed QDRO from the court, and the submission of the QDRO to the plan administrator for approval.

 

The flat fee also includes court filings, certified copies, facsimiles, and postage.
